I visited my family for their birthday. At first, I ordered bubbles, but I got excited because the amuse-bouche was my favorite cauliflower mousse. It was served with large raw peanuts from Gifu, so I ate it with that. The appetizers were abalone, scallops, small croquettes, meat patties, and large Hida nameko mushrooms, served with a balsamic-based and perhaps mango-based sauce, and it was a magical dish that would go well with any drink. The combination of conger eel and clams was like a dream, with the consommé soup containing taro, conger eel, and clams like the universe. The pine sea bream gris had a classic sauce with plenty of fresh cream, which gave the impression that it brought out the uniqueness of the pine sea bream to its maximum potential. For meat, you can choose duck, beef, or lamb. I like lamb, but all of them are delicious and go well with red wine. It seems that the business here will be open until the end of this year, and next year it will be moved to Monju no Sato, so I think it would be a good idea to make reservations early for the end of the year.

I visited for the first time with my friend and his wife. The exterior looks like an old apartment, but when you get off the elevator, a wonderful space spreads out, giving you the best sense of gap. The view over the Nagara River from the room is also great. I visited for dinner, but you can also enjoy the change in the sky.
