I stopped by for lunch. When making a reservation, you will be asked what ingredients you don't like. Lunch was 4,000 yen and 8,000 yen, and 4,000 yen consisted of two appetizers, a main (fish), pasta, and a drink, and dessert was separate (about 900 yen). First of all, the building and interior are based on white. The windows are horizontally elongated and cut out the greenery of the embankment. It is an elegant space decorated with Scandinavian objects and paintings. The tableware is from Royal Copenhagen, the cutlery is from Kai Boisen and Georg Jensen, and the glasses are from Riedel, creating a simple, modern atmosphere. The most important dish is the gentle deliciousness that makes the most of the ingredients. There were a few items that were grilled, and they were so delicious that you could feel the inevitability of grilling. Desserts are also great. The chef explained various things to me at the time of checkout, and I could feel his love for cooking. The madam who served me was also comfortable and had a sense of distance. This is my first time visiting you. I didn't know such a famous store existed. The 3,500 yen fish-only lunch includes 2 appetizers, bread, main dish, pasta, and coffee. I added a dessert for 350 yen. Not only did the vegetables and fish look like they were made with quality ingredients, but the marinade was so delicious that the flavor of the ingredients stood out even more. The owner is the chef and his wife is the servant.It's a small restaurant with only 4 seats at a table, but the couple had a great personality and it was a wonderful restaurant. Next time, I would like to have the 6,000 yen full course that also includes meat.
