I made a reservation and visited at 11 o'clock on a weekday. The store was about 60% full. I ordered "Carbonara" The noodles are thick and chewy, and the sauce is rich and seasoned with black pepper. It contains lots of juicy salted pork and is very delicious. The only piece of crispy pork on top was also thick and delicious. Although I couldn't make a large serving of carbonara, it was a sufficient amount of pasta. The fluffy bread comes with unlimited refills, which is very generous. The dessert panna cotta also had a rich sweetness and a bittersweet caramel sauce that matched perfectly. The owner was making all the pasta by himself and seemed very busy, but when I left he greeted me with a smile and I decided to come back again. PayPay was available.

For the first time, I entered the store almost as soon as it opened on a weekday. The place is now fully booked with customers who have made reservations one after another! We hadn't made a reservation, but there was only one seat left, so we barely got in, and the customers behind us were turned away. It's a popular store! As soon as you enter the store, there's a nice smell of garlic♪ The salad was colorful and delicious, and the homemade bread was chewy.As for the pasta, I had a hard time choosing between so many different types, but I chose the tomato and whitebait pasta. Tomatoes are extremely sweet and go perfectly with whitebait! Everything was really delicious, and the owner even went out of his way to say thank you at the end, and we had a wonderful time.
