Tajimi, Gifu, Japan｜ジャズインパパズ

I visited on a Saturday afternoon. I was very satisfied with the pasta, which included a choice of fresh noodles and delicious focaccia. The store sells succulents, and my daughter received one for her husband.

I stopped by for a surprise lunch for a friend who is a fellow cyclist. They carefully accommodated our requests from the time we made the reservation. The food is very delicious, the atmosphere is very nice, and it feels like a good value. This is a store that I would like to visit again. Dear owner, thank you for your kind consideration.

An Italian restaurant that has been running for a long time in Tajimi City, but in September 2020, it moved from a reinforced concrete building to an old private house. It's a little more rural than the previous location, but I was surprised when I arrived at the parking lot. Even though it was a weekday, the parking lot, which was never small, was almost full. The store was filled with young and old female customers, and I was floating in black. The new store is an old folk house with high ceilings, so even though the tables were almost full, it didn't feel crowded at all. The owner chef here used to be a jazz guitarist, and he still holds sessions from time to time. In addition to the master's guitar, there were many wind instruments as interior decorations. The food was delicious Italian as usual... I can understand why it's full on weekdays. ^^ On this day, I chose flat pasta. The broiled chicken and cream sauce was so delicious that I ate it all up, smearing it all over the bread. Old folk house + Italian, it was a very nice combination. The space where jazz flows lightly there, it was fashionable.
