The chef/master created a perfect evening. The ambiance, pacing, food, service, etc. Each and every course was thoughtful, inventive, and above-all delicious and satisfying. Not only the taste, but also the atmosphere inside the restaurant, which is a renovated old folk house, and the service time are almost impeccable. Every dish has a hidden flavor that makes it different, and I thoroughly enjoyed the dishes that exceeded my expectations. In addition, even though my husband and I don't like alcohol and have difficulty completing champagne, white, and red, we were able to enjoy the collaboration of food and drink until the end of the course thanks to the non-alcoholic drinks that were paired with the dishes. . This is a high-quality French restaurant that would be two or three times the price in Tokyo. Although it has been open for 6 years, this is a store I should have known about earlier. The chef himself explains the dishes during service, but he forgets the menu the next day (lol) so having a paper menu allows you to enjoy it the next day.

I went to la rencontre for my mom's birthday party🌸 I had a lunch course that took 3 hours and progressed slowly 🍽 Enjoy dishes prepared by a highly sensitive chef, such as a pot with canelé made from cacao nibs as soil, and ice cream made from butterbur sprouts. Homemade ginger ale is a drink made with star anise, cinnamon, and other spices! I liked it so much that I drank 3 cups lol. I had it with cinnamon apple compote 🧐✨ I'm really looking forward to seeing what kind of food will be served on those beautiful plates, and I'm curious to see what's going on in the kitchen lol.
