Superb Japanese classic Kappo-style restaurant. I hesitate to leave a review in fear that too many people discover this little gem!

[Ebisu] “Uomi Saryo” A restaurant where you can enjoy Japanese cuisine with fish as the main ingredient. It has a chic bar-like counter based on black, and the only seats are at the L-shaped counter. There are three types of courses for the evening, and on this day we had the course with the largest number of items [a small selection of today's delicious dishes]. Soothe your stomach with winter melon soup made with shellfish soup. A plate of crispy fried young sweetfish looks gorgeous, and the addition of the sourness of the tomatoes to the fried food gives it a fresh taste. The soup stock of the tiger prawns is delicious, and the plump prawns are also the best. The sashimi includes pickled horse mackerel, bigfin squid, and straw-grilled first bonito. Aoriika is sticky and delicious. I had it with salt and vinegar. The noodles are a luxurious combination of hairy crab and caviar, and the leftover caviar is topped with shari balls. The main meat is Saga beef rump steak. It's an interesting combination of moroheiya bean paste and fried manju with new potatoes at the bottom. The final dish was earthenware rice with cherry shrimp and Manganji chili peppers. It was a type of rice that was quite chewy and had a lot of water content, and didn't have much of a contour, probably because it was a type of rice. I had Japanese sake that day, but I felt like white wine would go well with the food! The number of items is just right, and the course prices range from 8,650 yen to 11,000 yen (excluding tax), which is relatively modest considering it's Japanese cuisine, and I could feel that they wanted to make this restaurant easy to use on a daily basis...!!
