I like beef tongue and eat it at yakiniku restaurants and Sendai beef tongue restaurants, but the beef tongue here was the top tongue level of a normal yakiniku restaurant. If you try to eat this quality and quantity at another store, even if it is cheap, it will cost more than 1500 yen. ! I think (this is my personal impression). Since the upper tongue is thick, it was better to bake slowly. While thinking that it could have been a little more salty, I thoroughly enjoyed the umami of the tongue. I had lunch. A friendly staff prepared it quickly, and I was able to eat delicious Kuroge Wagyu beef without waiting! The roaster was also individual, and the infection control was perfect. I was able to ask for a takeout of the yakiniku bento (above) for my family. It seems to be all Japanese black beef, and it looked very delicious.
