The texture and flavor of hand-made soba noodles will leave you speechless as soon as you taste them. Since it's Juwari Soba, you might think it's soft and easy to cut with chopsticks, but I think the noodles are firm, chewy, and smooth, without being crumbly, and go well with the soba soup, making them delicious. Ta. The tempura is crispy and doesn't get soggy even after a while. I enjoyed the delicious and crispy tempura until the very end. The batter is thin and drains well. When I came to the store for the second time and ordered a katsudon other than soba, I received a mildly flavored katsudon made with plenty of eggs. I was surprised that not only the soba noodles but also the katsudon was delicious. Also, when I come to the store, I would like to try other menu items. 2 parking spaces in front of the store There are several parking lots next to the store. Located across Hadano Sakura Road, you can enjoy your meal while watching the cherry blossoms from the window during the cherry blossom season. Jazz music is playing inside the store. The staff members are bright and efficient, and the store has a nice atmosphere.
