This is the restaurant of the head chef who won the Michelin star at Yugawara's famous restaurant Ishiba, and it certainly doesn't disappoint. Visited solo in March 2022. You can enjoy orthodox and high-level kaiseki cuisine. In addition to standard counter seats, there are table seats in private rooms and counter seats that are treated as private rooms, so it can be used for small gatherings. At the time of reservation, there are 3 types of courses: 15,000 yen, 20,000 yen, and 25,000 yen.

Kaiseki cuisine is my favorite in Odawara. The equipment and tableware are nice, but I'm looking forward to the marriage of sake and food. This time, the sashimi served with roasted sake, sweetfish and yam served with sea urchin and caviar was very delicious. The landlady's umeboshi snacks are served with Japanese sake.
