I think that you can see other evaluations, but it is quite dry. However, I have nothing to say about this dish. Is delicious. It's complicated. The main dishes, venison and duck, have no odor at all, and the more you chew the venison, the more delicious it becomes. I ate such delicious venison for the first time. I think that the preparation and purchase are good. When I grill meat at home, I marinate it in koji for a day, but if I marinate it, it will also have a taste. I don't feel like saying that. The taste of the material itself is delicious. Duck tastes best when three of American cherry and balsamic vinegar are combined. And the wines that are recommended to match the dishes are excellent. (However, if you order everything, you will be full, so I recommend ordering a half glass of white and red as an aperitif.) The grunt and shrimp were also delicious with the taste of the soup stock coming out in the sauce. The grunt is a mushroom soup, and the shrimp is a shrimp soup, and it's also delicious when you put it on bread. For dessert there was a peach dessert with spices. In my opinion, restaurants that skillfully use spices in desserts are of a high standard. Pierre Marcolini chocolates and more. Not too sweet and accented with spice, great. In Yokohama, I tend to go to Chinatown, but I thought that there weren't many places that were delicious when I looked at them individually because there were only a lot of Chinese restaurants. For the course, we ordered an aperitif and recommended white and red wines for about 25,000 yen for two people. Cospa is cheap. I'll come back later.

A French restaurant that is becoming a local favorite. Last year I had a friend's birthday dinner, and when I visited in the summer I had a special lunch with my mother and sister. You could feel the chef's dedication to each and every dish, and with the right amount of distance and attentive service, we were able to spend a relaxing and elegant time ☺️ This is one of the stores that I would like to continue to patronize.
