Hidaka, Saitama, Japan｜四季菓 りょう

I received some dorayaki from my friend. The dorayaki with white bean paste had a thin and soft skin, was filled with a lot of bean paste, and had the shape of the beans still intact, and was very delicious.

All products are recommended, but strawberry daifuku is the most recommended at this time of year. Postscript: On April 11th, I purchased Kashiwamochi and Kuzuzakura. The gentle sweetness is very good. Kuzuzakura is especially recommended. Postscript: Today, August 1st, I purchased blueberry daifuku, fu manju (grain bean paste), anmitsu, and mizuyokan. Blueberry Daifuku has a very juicy blueberry and white bean paste. The fu manju contains green seaweed, and the flavor of the seaweed and the sweetness of the bean paste are exquisite, but there are people who like it or hate it. Anmitsu is anzu after all. Other fruits are sometimes used, but they go very well with the bean paste. I think mizuyokan is also gentle and sweet and perfect for summer. I bought a chestnut ohagi that was available for a limited time on September 26th.

Oops! ? I ate it... I ate the dorayaki I got at Tendai Sect Shofukuin Temple... Let's go buy some next time!
