The food is prepared with great care in each ingredient and method, and I think you can enjoy the deliciousness even more if you sit at the counter and listen to the story. All the ingredients are really delicious, but especially the black beans and pudding are the most delicious in the world. Even though I don't like black beans, I'm hooked on it, so if you have a chance, I'd like you to try it. Apparently, he worked as a chef at the famous inn "Mikawaya" in Hakone.
