Staff is very polite, the place has a nice atmosphere and all the food I've tried(a bunch of it) was so delicious! Highly recommended!

My favorite menu items at this restaurant are the Sichuan ramen and dumplings. The chives and minced meat go well together with just the right amount of spiciness. is. The gyoza was piping hot and the skin was a perfect match for the filling. Please try it!

(2022. 7. 10) I decided to have Chinese food for lunch today, so I went to Saryo, a Chinese restaurant in Fujishiro that I had been thinking of going to for some time. I always noticed how crowded it was during the day when I was passing by on weekends, so I thought it would be a good idea to get in right when it opened, so I arrived a little before 11:00. Inside the store, the main seats are box tables. It feels like it's getting a little older. For a while after opening, the place was relatively empty, with just us and one other group of customers, but it seemed like there were frequent calls for takeout orders. Today's order was three kinds of seafood spring rolls (400 yen x 2 rolls), my wife had Sichuan noodles (900 yen), and I had mapo tofu (950 yen) and rice (large: 200 yen). I ordered the spring rolls as a take-out order, and the person sitting next to me was also ordering them, so I thought they would be popular, so I ordered them in a hurry. After that, I watched TV for about 5 to 10 minutes, and the spring rolls arrived first. One was cut in half. It also came with a ketchup bottle, so I guess that means it's okay to add that. However, the first bite was with the spring roll salt provided at the table. The moment you bite into it, you can feel the crispy skin and it's GOOD. And it's piping hot. The filling was literally stuffed with three kinds of seafood: shrimp, squid, and white fish, and I enjoyed the alternately crunchy, crunchy, and fluffy textures. This is quite delicious and is a dish that I definitely want to repeat. After that, the wife's Sichuan noodles were served. When you take a bite of the soup, the soy sauce base combines with the flavors of green onions and chives, and it's delicious. Next, my Mapo Tofu was so large that it was good enough for two people to share. It was seasoned to my liking, with the spicy and sweet taste of the Japanese pepper, as well as the depth of the sweet soy sauce. This is a dish that goes well with rice. While we were eating like that, many customers started coming in one after another after 11:30. It was almost full in no time. It's easy to see why they have such a good reputation. When I looked at the menu, I saw other dishes that I liked, so I'm definitely going to try them again.
