Great soba and a fun, traditional restaurant

The soba tea that was served first was delicious. I ordered shami and chilled golden mochi soba. The soba is a chewy Sarashina style soba. The color may look dark, but the mellow soba soup is really delicious. You can enjoy three flavors of shami: one with grated yam and quail eggs, one with nameko mushrooms, grated daikon radish, and perilla leaves, and one with bracken. Above all, I want people to try it, and I want them to just drink the soba-yu. It's thick and exquisite. Of course, I also drank it in soup. I would definitely like to come back to eat there again.

I used it for lunch. I ordered a set of tempura soba and warm tororo soba + tempura bowl. Both tempura and soba are delicious (*´～｀*) I can see how popular it is ( ˇωˇ ) There were other items on the menu that I was interested in, so I would like to try something different next time! The store was clean, the corona countermeasures were perfect, and the store clerk's atmosphere was also nice (^ ^)
