Narita, Chiba, Japan｜胡桃下茶寮

We ran in to this place on a stroll after the visit to the Naritasan Shinsho-ji and so glad we did. After 3 weeks of amazing Japanese food everywhere we wanted a change and decided to try Indian. The pictures of the food were not convincing and place seems pretty offbeat from the outside but inside the place was a cute setup and amazing service. The food was fantastic and absolutely delicious loved every single thing we had there, this is not some off the mill Indian food, the chef made some real authentic Indian food. I'm Melbourne, Australia (Indian background) we are spoilt with choice here but that was some good Indian food I had in a long time.👌🏽

Really delicious zenzai set here - honestly I think it’s the best one I’ve had so far. The mochi was great plus the beans tasted soo fresh and sweet but not artificially sweet if you know what I mean. I changed from green tea or matcha powder tea for +300 yen extra. You can have a choice of sitting at a dining table or on the tatami mats, which adds to the atmosphere really nicely. There is lots of art hanging on the walls which is really cool too, you can really feel the personality of the owners. The staff were really attentive and kind, always serving our food with a smile. All in all it was a lovely little rest stop while visiting Narita Park - they also have food dishes on offer so next time I’ll be back for the lunch dishes too!

I used it for the first time I only eat shaved ice Next time I would like to enjoy coffee and food thought! royal syrup Shaved ice was delicious I topped it with everything including ice cream. Plenty of food including Neapolitan There were so many menu items I wanted to try!
