Very delicious Takayama ramen I ordered Tsukemen for 950 yen. (Charshu 300 yen, egg topping 100 yen) The tsukemen was delicious with a strong soy sauce flavor. The price was the same for both normal and large sizes. The Chinese ramen was exactly like Takayama ramen, but it was the most delicious Takayama ramen I've ever had with a light soy sauce that was full of flavor. Best of all, the staff were very polite and the atmosphere was great.

The taste is less salty than that of a famous restaurant in Takayama, and is popular with everyone. It's good that the soup is well entwined with the curly noodles.

I ate delicious soy sauce ramen for the first time in a while 😋 A gentle soup with soy sauce and seafood based on chicken bones🤗Fish usually has a slightly unique smell, but the one here has almost no smell and is sophisticated! ️ The noodles are curly, ultra-thin noodles, and have a good firmness 👍 It's great with the delicious soup 😋 You can eat the soup by mixing it with rice at the end, or you can just drink it all by itself 😆 If I had one nearby, I'd definitely become a regular 😊 I've often heard of Takayama Ramen, but I've never eaten it before, so I was glad that this was my first time eating at a famous restaurant. I will definitely come here next time I come 😊
