Their Hida beef ramen is so good! Visited for the first time just because I really liked the look of the storefront, then this ramen became my top three favorite ramens I’ve ever had! It’s a very simple shoyu(soy sauce based) ramen. The beef is tender, and the soup is just right! I’m not a ramen person at all but I’d come here every week if I live in this neighborhood.

At a first glance your impression may be negative but do not be fooled! This place has old-school look, is visited mostly by local people and is very small (maximum 10 guests) so it can be very hot inside. Hida Beef Ramen for ¥1200 is a perfect choice. The cook may look gloomy, but if you smile to him, he will treat you with hospitality. Credit cards accepted.
