Matsumoto, Nagano, Japan｜Shirogane

The ramen was so freaking amazing. The broth was so rich and creamy. The store itself was so nice to sit and rest. It was a nice store.

Best 👏🏼 ramen 👏🏼 ever 👏🏼. If you don't visit Shirogane, you are missing out. I come here at least once a month, and in the last three years have never gotten even a little bit sick of their chicken ramen. Another plus is that their chicken ramen is 100% halal, which is good for those that have religious beliefs or allergies.
