Matsumoto, Nagano, Japan｜Ni-dai-me Marugen

Probably the best ramen I had in Matsumoto. The noodles are thin yet fresh. Lots of cabbages as the ramen itself is Cabbage Ramen. My husband basically eats 3 times spicy ramen as he lovessss spicesss. I usually end up with normal ramen then add some chili oil later on. The staffs are super welcoming and nice. And we do collect the coupon for next time discount 😅. Overall the place and service is excellent. 👍🏻🫶🏻
