Visited a ramen restaurant in Owariasahi City, Aichi Prefecture for lunch around 13:00 on a weekday. I was guided to a counter seat and ordered this menu. ★ Hakata black ramen 800 yen ◎ Rich and rich pork bone ramen ○ Value lunch menu The parking lot is in front of the store, and the interior has counter seats and table seats. At this time, there were only two customers, but in the end I felt that the restaurant deserved more praise. I went to a tonkotsu ramen specialty store and ordered a bowl of ramen with maru oil for the first time in quite a while. As you can see from the photo, it doesn't seem to contain as much melon oil as I expected, but it balances well with the creamy and rich pork bone soup. This rich soup has a slight sedimentation, and when you scoop it up from the bottom with a spoon, you can taste the rich soup. By default, it comes with two large pieces of pork belly, seaweed, and green onions, but personally, I would prefer wood ear mushrooms. The noodles are super thin straight noodles with a crisp texture. Since I was told that I could get the Takana on my own, I had the rice from the lunch service. It's a light pickled type of mustard greens that goes perfectly with rice when sprinkled with sesame seeds or chili oil. I'm happy to be able to enjoy delicious mustard greens rice with service. The customer service was pleasant, and I felt that the restaurant was better than the reviews on Tabelog. Thank you for the meal.

The Hakata black ramen was delicious as the melon oil brought out the flavor of the tonkotsu ramen even more😃 The general is energetic and feels good.We've added one more employee and are now running the business with three people.
