Loved the ramen. Gotta dip the cold noodles in to the small, hot gravy pot. Definitely should try if you're new.

I went there with a friend I hadn't seen in a while on the way back from Aichi Quest 🚗³₃ Since it was my first time at this restaurant, I ordered the "Special Excellent Tsukemen"🍜 It was crowded, but we were served without having to wait. I didn't have a sense of taste or quantity, so I ordered a single portion, but the moment the food arrived. “This is something that will definitely make you want to have a side meal🤣” That's what I thought lol I had the impression that Aichi Prefecture food was generally rich in flavor, but it was just right and delicious😋 Of course I got an extra meal lol𐤔 The amount is just right for the stomach of a man in his late 40s. After playing Aichi Quest, eating delicious tsukemen, and feeling satisfied, I returned to Fukui for 4 hours while fighting off sleepiness🚗 ³₃ Mr. Sugure, this is a shop I want to go to again 😊

I ate rich shrimp miso tsukemen! This tsukemen had a rich, rich miso soup that coated the noodles, and the flavor of the shrimp that spread in your mouth was amazing. It had a generous amount of noodles and shrimp stock. Another great thing about this dish is that you can use the wonton soup as a dipping sauce. Eating this tsukemen made me feel like I was under the sea and had a luxurious time. Please try it at least once!
