Iida, Nagano, Japan｜自家製麺中華そば裕喜庵

When I went to Iida to play, I wanted to eat ramen, so I looked it up and visited this highly rated restaurant. When I asked him to try the Jiro-style ramen, it was delicious! The taste of the homemade noodles is good, and the soup has an excellent amount of salt. The Chinese soba that my wife ordered was also delicious, so it was a restaurant that I wanted to repeat again. The serving time is early or late depending on the cooking timing, so depending on the situation, you may have to wait quite a while as there is a guide in the store. (We waited for about 20 minutes, and it was served at the same time as those who were seated after us.) There is no choice but to secure the number of parking lots, but please be careful as it is a little narrow.

I've been interested in it since it first opened, but I never got around to it. I was hesitant on my first visit, but ordered Jiro style ramen with chopped garlic topping. I arrived around 1:30pm, so I didn't have to wait long to get the rice bowl. It was so delicious that I wanted to drink the entire soup. The chashu was also thick but soft and delicious. It's a little disappointing that the chopped garlic topping costs 20 yen, but it was delicious and I'd like to go again. I think I'd like pork bone soy sauce next time. Thank you for the meal.

Every time I buy a meal ticket from a vending machine, I worry about the people behind me, and my heart throbs every time. Bring water, items, return items... basically everything is a self-service shop. The return slot is on the left of the counter after entering the shop. The restroom is on the left Order Chinese soba (left), right is Taiwan mixed soba. Chinese soba is delicious. It's delicious, but it's neither good nor bad... I have visited several times, but personally, I think that adventure is more delicious and interesting.
