I've been to other ramen universities before, but this was my first visit. The sign says it was founded in 1967, so it's a long-established ramen restaurant that has been in business for over 50 years, but the people working there are young, so I wonder if they've been replaced. Aside from that, this time I ordered spicy miso, corn cream ramen, half fried rice, and gyoza. Kimchi is free, and if you order noodles at lunchtime, you get either a half-flavored egg or a small rice bowl, so I ordered kimchi and a flavored egg as well. 80% of the seats in the restaurant were occupied, so I had to wait a little while, but it was okay as I was drinking beer with kimchi. Corn cream ramen, as the name suggests, is a ramen with corn soup, but I felt it was a little bland, so adding black pepper and grated garlic made it just right. The spicy miso was spicy, but it was a little spicy and had a rich miso flavor that was delicious. The fried rice was delicious with the finely chopped char siu as a nice accent, and the gyoza were delicious, although I'm not sure if they were homemade. The previous generation? I don't know what it tastes like, but I thought this flavor would easily last for another 50 years. Thank you for the meal.

I had not been attending school since I entered the school as a child, but I occasionally asked him if he would like to go and get some credits. I chose meat Sichuan ramen and fried rice. I want to eat a meat bowl with this meat. The fried rice is also seasoned well without being too tough. Maybe I've been skipping school too much, but the food tastes better than before, so I decided to go there regularly to avoid being expelled.
