Nakatsugawa, Gifu, Japan｜民ちゃん

I was drawn to the signboard for Ramen Dotemesh that I saw popping up along National Route 19, so I stopped by on my way to the interchange. The inside of the restaurant had the feel of an old-fashioned Chinese restaurant, and we sat in the chabudai seats in the back and enjoyed the food, which probably didn't use any chemical seasonings! The vegetables were fresh, and even though I ate a full meal, I didn't feel sick to my stomach the next day, and I feel like I was able to eat a nutritionally well-balanced meal! As I was enjoying Morokyu, I wanted to drink beer, and the draft beer was delicious without any strange bitterness!! This is a shop I'd like to stop by when I'm in the area again!

The ladies running the restaurant are lovely, and the food is excellent, especially the gyoza! You have to understand Japanese to order, but if you do, it's a typical and excellent restaurant!

I had a ramen set meal the other day just before closing time, and it was delicious, so today I had some free time and ordered the recommended Dote Meshi with a large serving of rice and a large serving of Dote Meshi. There didn't seem to be many people who ordered both, so I had them served in a bowl of ramen. It was delicious ♪ I'll come again
