Stylish but easy to enter even by yourself I ordered Chiyogen Tonkotsu Black Genkotsu. The char siu is very soft. I'm glad the black garlic worked well! I asked for a replacement ball. The white meat genkotsu was also good!

I visited with my family of 3 because it was Golden Week. I don't know how to read the extensive menu, but since I like garlic, I ordered the black char siu noodles and gyoza, and my family ordered the normal and spicy miso toppings. The melty char siu is so soft that you can't even touch it with chopsticks, so it's recommended for those who like it. The noodles were thin and chewy, and although they had no special characteristics, they were light and had no taste, and went well with the charred garlic soup. Domisono's spicy miso topping seemed to have a slightly spicy flavor and I was sweating after I finished eating it. I forgot to take a photo, but the texture of the large gyoza's crispy skin matched perfectly with the seeds, and it was very delicious. The ramen was good, but I also liked the homely mother and the relaxing atmosphere inside the restaurant. It was worth the hour and a half drive. I'll bother you again.
