I usually go to Mizunami head office, but this time I visited Ena head office for the first time. The order is Akinmen and 4 dumplings. The homemade thick-sliced char siu is perfectly seasoned to match the soup, so you can eat as many as you like. The soup was so light that I drank it all up! I ate dumplings for the first time, but at first I was told not to add sauce. Seasoned so that you can feel the sweetness of the vegetables and not destroy the taste of the ramen! All of them were very delicious!

After a long time, I ate a simple royal road, Chinese noodles + delicious char siu (^ ^) I stayed in Ena after work on a business trip and was looking for a nearby restaurant for dinner. I like char siu noodles, so I decided to visit the store based on everyone's reviews. There are 5-6 counter seats and table seats, so it's easy to enter alone or in a group. Is the store clerk also local? Excuse my energetic aunt, I have a good impression of you sisters✨ I want to stop by when I go to Ena again ♪

There's usually a wait, so just write your name and wait inside the store or in your car. There is also a second parking lot near the store. It took about 20 minutes to get to the store. I ordered the recommended Akinmen and small rice. Two of the four thickly-sliced char siu pieces are loosened on the rice, and a generous amount of the sauce placed on the table to intensify the flavor is poured over, and the char siu bowl is ready. This is really delicious, so give it a try! Of course, the ramen itself was delicious. The amount of chashu that could be seen in the kitchen was overwhelming. We recommend taking the end of the chashu (hata koiware) home as it can be used as a snack for sake or as an ingredient for fried rice 😊
