Ena, Gifu, Japan｜Hanamichi

I love Japan and It's my 3rd travel to this beautiful country. The best ramen and mazesoba that I ever try, gyozas are so good as well !

I always choose black sesame tantan mazesoba. It will be a menu that is only available at the Ena store. Horumon Mazesoba also contains hormones and you can enjoy a punchy mazesoba. Children's ramen is also a great deal with ramen & mini bowl. You can get coins (clapping) and toys.

Visited for dinner. Mazesoba is my favorite, so I ordered the Spicy Sibire Noodles (900 yen). As the name suggests, this tsukemen is flavored with sansho pepper and will make you shiver. Unlike other mazesoba noodles, the noodles are thinner. It has a strong spiciness, but the flavors are well balanced. The spicy and spicy noodles come with a small side of rice. I thought it was meant to be used to eat rice with a chopsticks rest to relieve the spiciness in the mouth. It was so delicious! Thank you for the meal.
