Iida, Nagano, Japan｜Ramen restaurant

These two photos are from when I came to eat for the first time. The soup is light and has a taste that makes you want to drink it till the end. The noodles were cooked just right and had a nice texture.

I ordered hiyashi chuka and received it. I was so surprised ✨ Yup!! ️✨☺️ Judging by the atmosphere of the store entrance, I wonder if it's open!? ️💦 It's a brave appearance, but I highly recommend it to those who are exploring [Showa retro living store] ✨☺️ The old-fashioned Chinese restaurant is still open today. ✨ What I would like to tell you is that it takes about 20 minutes from the time you order until it comes out. Nowadays, it is common sense for popular restaurants to be fast and cheap, but originally the food would be served one plate at a time, ``after ordering.'' Noodles, sauce, and shredded Charyaki!!!! Everything was delicious. ☺️✨ Many restaurants use ham for the meat they put on their hiyashi chuka, but this one uses authentic chunks of meat that go on top of their ramen. When you mix it up, the amount of toppings you scoop up with your chopsticks creates a distinctly strong and weak flavor that leaves an impact... It's not just a light and refreshing noodle, it gives you a feeling of fullness, and at 750 yen, it's cheap! ️☺️ I thought.

Chinese noodles 600 yen at Suisenkaku in Chiku-cho, Iida City. Iida's Chinese noodles all have the same atmosphere, but each one is slightly different, so everyone has their own preferences. Iida's Chinese noodles are famous for Shanghairo and Shinkyotei. However, when I was little, I used to eat Suisenkaku's Chinese noodles with my grandparents. 🍜 However, since it is done in order by one person, be careful to wait when it is crowded! Also, you won't notice it when it's being cooked, so it's okay to open the sliding door at the back of the store and order over the counter. The people at the store are very nice people.
