Iida, Nagano, Japan｜Ramen Takahashi

This is a Sano ramen restaurant that has been gaining momentum recently. When I went there right after it opened on weekdays, there were already 20 people waiting, and there were times when I gave up and started over. If you go around 1:20pm on a weekday, there will be a few groups waiting. When I left, there was a sign saying it was closed. It will be irresistible for those who like light dishes.

Arrive at the parking lot 10 minutes before opening. Since it was a day off for the spring equinox, there were only two parking spaces left. There was already a line and Noren appeared a few minutes before opening time. The place was full in front of us and we had to wait for 20 minutes. After entering the store and ordering, the ramen came out promptly. Next came the gyoza. The employees are polite and likable. The ramen has a clear and clean soup, and the noodles are a little flat, smooth and soft. Delicious(^-^) The char siew was also well-balanced without being too overpowering. I wanted to drink all of the soup, but I was concerned about the salt content, so I left some of it behind. The gyoza still retains the crunch of the cabbage. I feel like I'm eating enough vegetables. The presence of meat is modest. Please note that this may not be the case for those who prefer meaty, garlicky dumplings. There are only a few days when we are open, so you need to check the business days carefully. It was a store I definitely wanted to visit again (^-^)

2023.10 Visit around 12:30 on weekdays The parking lot was completely full and there were two groups waiting. The inside of the store was larger than I expected, with tatami table seats available. Perhaps because it's a ramen shop, the air conditioning was very effective even in autumn, so I endured the cold while waiting for my ramen to arrive. I heard that chashu is delicious, so When I ordered the chashu noodles, there was really a lot of it! ! ! The ramen was delicious, as was the chashu pork, but it was so large that it was difficult to finish it all! The soup and noodles were both very delicious, so I'm sure I'll come back again. The gyoza were large in size, had a refreshing taste, and the skin was delicious. Thank you for the meal (^^)
