2023/01/14 The price of Ramen Dai has increased from 750 yen to 800 yen. Personally, it is the most delicious family ramen in Mikawa! The green onion bowl (large) has a lot of volume, and it's delicious with lots of roasted pork fillet, so I order it every time!

The soup is light at first, but as you continue to eat, you can enjoy the real taste of the "house" style. I ordered the green onion topping. The savory aroma of green onions, bean sprouts, and the texture of the noodles are exquisite. Not too heavy and not too light. It's addictive.

It tasted like the one I ate in Yokohama a long time ago when Ramen Iekei became popular nationwide. It's not the trendy sophisticated taste, but the orthodox, gentle taste with few off-flavours. The soup is thick and goes well with thick egg noodles. I prefer this one to the nearby Shinmei. The owner is the only customer with a sense of distance, and he seems kind, but he is talking to himself. Rather than calm down, I felt like eating quickly and going home.
