I ordered backfat ramen. I don't usually eat back fat, but I tried it for the first time in a while and it was really delicious. After leaving the store, I decided to come back.

The Kujo green onions and the backfat light noodles are often entwined. I thought it was similar to ramen in Kyoto.

I found another delicious ramen shop! ! This ramen from a Matsumoto ramen shop called Tsubameguro was a surprising ramen with backfat seaweed and a light aftertaste! Please be careful as parking spaces are limited! It was a very satisfying bowl of pork topped with char siu and Kujo green onions! 🙏🙏
