Ichinomiya, Aichi, Japan｜Maruno

I had a job in Ichinomiya, so I looked it up online and went there. I don't go there often because the ramen is heavy, but I was drawn to it because the main dishes seemed to be tsukemen and kamazesoba, and I was right. I made a small portion of the soba noodles with black mara oil, but it was enough. The taste is as expected. The other menu items are all unique and delicious. I think I will repeat it. There is a parking lot for several cars in front of the store. But it gets crowded at lunchtime, but it's okay because it's delicious.

I personally like it a lot The monthly limited tantan noodles are especially recommended. When in doubt, try the shrimp and salt mazesoba. There are almost no dishes that use oil, so the inside of the restaurant is clean and free of stickiness like in Chinese restaurants. I think it's easy for female customers to enter (sometimes the seats are almost full with female customers only). It's a group store set back along the main road, so it might be easy to miss the first look.

Both Tsukemen and Mazesoba are very colorful. It is very tasty. I'm really looking forward to the limited menu.
