I went to the Shinkyotei branch after a long absence. I think I will stop by at the time of day, but there was no congestion and I was able to enter the store without waiting. It is an image of an old-fashioned ramen shop. We ordered wonton noodles and dumplings. For ramen, unlike the main store, the noodles are medium-thick straight noodles and have a chewy feel. The soup had the same taste as the goodwill. The dumplings are the same fried dumplings as the main store, with soy sauce sauce on top of the cabbage, but this also has a different taste and texture from the main store. The taste was slightly different from the main store, but both were delicious. I think that both the head office and the branch are Iida specialty ramen shops.

I checked out of the hotel and arrived at the store at around 10:30. I got the chashu noodles. It's irresistibly delicious when you eat a light loin char siu with a little fat and a soup that seems to be based on chicken and vegetables. The soup was sweeter and rounder than Shanghairo's. The compatibility with the chewy medium-thick straight noodles was also the best. After all, when you come to Iida, you will want to eat this ramen. Thank you for the delicious ramen.

When you come back to Iida City, come here I want to eat the ramen at the Shinkyotei branch (Kamigo), and I will go there without hesitation. This is the only place where you can find Iida Chinese noodles (noodles) from the old days (Showa era). For me, the chewy noodles from the Showa era (also known as stretched noodles for those who have never eaten them) are the best😃⤴️⤴️. The other Shinkyotei main stores and Shanghai Lou have slightly thinner noodles (flat. A little thinner, I wonder if they used modern noodles instead of the ones they had in the Showa era?). I like noodles from the Showa era (the noodles I've been eating since I was a kid). If you want to eat noodles that haven't changed since the Showa era, I think this restaurant is for you. I feel nostalgic for my school days and the Showa era😃 The taste of the soup is similar, so if you like the chewy noodles from the Showa era (people who have never eaten them may also call them stretched noodles), I think the Kamigo branch is recommended 😃 I also recommend the fried gyoza (=^eh^=)
