Shiojiri, Nagano, Japan｜Rai Rai Tei

It was my first time visiting. A store not located near Azumino. I ordered miso ramen, and it was nice to be able to choose the thickness of the miso and the amount of backfat. It was delicious.

This is my favorite ramen shop among chain restaurants. I always order a large bowl of ramen, firm noodles, and a thin plate of green onions. The noodles are thin straight noodles. There are many set meals on the menu, and they look delicious, but I think I'll order the ramen. The parking lot is a little difficult to park, but the customer service is energetic and pleasant.

I ate fried rice and ramen. For payment, electronic money and credit cards can be used. As for the dishes, both have a strong flavor and go well with the umeboshi garnish! I was surprised that umeboshi would go so well together. A new discovery.
