Like when I came last time, it was so crowded that I had to wait outside, but the operation has gotten better...but before, I had to wait a lot and was annoyed. This time it wasn't too painful. The dried sardines and soy sauce ramen was also better than the dried sardines from a famous restaurant in Matsumoto...the sardines weren't overly emphasized, and the whole dish was well-balanced and very delicious. (Personally) The curly texture of the noodles is the best. Agricultural jeera after dinner. Blueberry yogurt made with blueberries from Judo's Shinohara Farm. That... it was really delicious.
