This is the ramen shop with the number 1 repeat rate among myself. I heard that there is a long line at noon, but I usually go in the evening, so I haven't had to wait in line. But I think it's a taste that makes you want to line up. The basic is Shina soba, and the small plate of cabbage that comes with it is also good. The taste changes depending on the order in which you eat the Shina soba, the cabbage, and the char siu on top of the Shina soba. Some people order char siu noodles, but in that case I would definitely order a large serving. The roasted pork fillet has a strong flavor, so please enjoy the feeling of fullness while mixing it well with the noodles and soup.
