Ebi miso is the best

I received a large serving of shrimp miso ramen. I like shrimp-based ramen, but I think there are two types. Shrimp ramen with a grainy texture made by grinding shrimp shells and miso, and shrimp ramen topped with shrimp oil and a bit of dried shrimp. I like the former. This ramen was also the former. When you drink the soup, you will be overwhelmed with shrimp. It has no odor and goes perfectly with miso. The wood ear mushrooms, melty char siu, and soft-boiled eggs are also delicious. It's a restaurant that's not open on Saturdays and Sundays, which can be a bit of a hurdle, but it's worth a visit.
