Matsumoto, Nagano, Japan｜Ippudo

A while after the Ippudo store in downtown Matsumoto closed, a new one opened along the national highway. I've been there several times, and each time the female staff member is very prompt and does everything from guiding people to seats, sorting out customers waiting in line, and directing them to the self-service corner. The taste is consistent with Ippudo quality, so it's not that there's anything outstanding about it, but you can enjoy a stress-free meal. Is it just my imagination that the food comes out faster than at the Suwa Inter? This is a recommended store within Ippudo.
