Ramen University was on my way to work, so I was very interested. I went there for lunch on my day off. I was very impressed with the shop run by the couple and their son. As you can see from the pictures, the menu is extensive. I felt that they thought about the menu while considering the tastes of the customers, rather than just having a lot of menus. There are also set meals other than ramen, so even if you go with your family or group, you will definitely find something you want to eat. When you think of ramen university, you think of miso, but this time I had the most popular meat trowel miso ramen at the Hotaka store. As expected, the noodles were thick and the miso was rich, and it was satisfying to eat. There are counter and table seats, and magazines and manga are placed behind the counter, making it a space where even one person can fully enjoy themselves. There are quite a few alcoholic beverages and snacks, so if there is more than one person who doesn't drink, you can enjoy snacks other than ramen (including gyoza), alcohol, soft drinks and chatting as dinner, or as a main dish. If you enjoy your favorite ramen, you will definitely have a satisfying dinner time. I personally would like to be a repeat customer.
