Traveling through Nagano and was recommend this ramen spot (shout out Ren’s Guesthouse!). We were excited to learn there was a vegan menu. We had vegan ramen and garlic onion rice which was SOOO GOOD! Great spot, great ramen, friendly host! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Visited for lunch. I haven't been here in a long time, but the layout of the store has gotten even better. Shrimp miso soba appeared for a limited time and ordered without hesitation. Personally, I like shrimp miso ramen the most, but it was very delicious with the soup because it uses tapioca noodles. The owner seemed to be busy alone, but he seems to be having fun every time he comes, which makes me feel better. Thank you for your delicious ramen!
