The noodles are delicious. It says Kimahachi Seimen, but I wonder if they have a noodle shop. The Jiro type reduces greasiness and is a great finish for Jiro alumni. You can enjoy Chinese soup without being too strong. The thin noodle ramen has a nostalgic taste. The building is a little lonely, but for this price I'm satisfied.

I came here thinking of trying the tonkotsu ramen, but I was hungry so I decided on this menu instead. This time, I chose "W Mashiki Kimahachiro Average". Everything is normal. The taste was just right, not too strong and not too light. Personally, it tasted like Donpisha. It's average, but the noodles are 2 balls, so you'll be very satisfied with the amount, which is much more than regular ramen. By the way, even the small size is 1.5 balls. Next time I would like to just go eat the tonkotsu ramen. postscript I went there several times after that. I ate Honshiro flavor, Honkuro flavor, and Shinshiro flavor. It's like a double soup of pork bone soup and chicken bones. It tastes just right when eaten by dipping the vegetables in the soup. The meat is also flavored, so you can enjoy it deliciously. This time I added fresh garlic, so when I got home I could smell the garlic. Also, there was quite a bit of spiciness from the garlic along the way. postscript It's been a while since I've been here. The menu has changed. It seems that the prices of some products have increased, but this is just a sign of the times. Until last time, the price of Kimahachiro (average) W-better was 940 yen, so it seems that the price of Kimahachiro's better version has increased considerably. postscript This time, I had "Miso Noodles" for the first time.
