More Comments at Google MapThe inside of the store is very clean and hygiene is taken into consideration, which I think is really wonderful in this day and age. The taste of the ramen is also elegant, yet packs a punch. Char siu is a hollow system. Dip the cold char siu into the hot broth and pop it into your mouth.
I haven't been there recently, but no matter when I eat any ramen, it never disappoints. It may be a little unsatisfactory for the Kotteri group. It is a shop with a café-like atmosphere where even women can enter without hesitation. In summer, chilled tantanmen (second photo) is recommended.
When I was wondering about dinner, I was lucky enough to find Tsuki no Usagi, a ramen shop that I had always been interested in, so I entered. It was 19:00 on Friday, so I was able to enter the store quickly, but when I left, there were people lining up. This time, I ordered the clam ramen (with 3 slices of roasted pork fillet), which is considered to be the best recommendation of this restaurant. The ramen that was brought without waiting for a long time was served in white porcelain and looked delicious. A heaping amount of green onions and a standard topping of flavored egg will make you happy. The ramen with the sweetness of the clam soup is refreshing, and it doesn't make you feel anything like shellfish, so it feels like you can drink the soup alone. The combination of flat curly noodles with a lot of water and the soup is well thought out, and it is purely delicious. The char siu is the softest char siu I've ever eaten, and it's so soft that you can drink it. Thank you for the meal.
