I ordered the most popular horusta noodles. The soup felt a little sweet. However, by adding the bean sauce and garlic that are available at the table, it becomes a punchy and distinct flavor! The pork belly and offal were also sweet and went well with the soup. The noodles were medium thick and firm, and went well with the soup!
