More Comments at Google MapWhen I visited on a Saturday just before 11:30 a.m., the store was already open and open. To be honest, the building has a visual appearance that would make you hesitate to enter without prior knowledge. There were no other customers when I entered the store, but three groups of customers soon arrived. However, there are still empty tables. Ordered Chinese pork pork noodles (850 yen) + large serving (100 yen) + grilled offal (500 yen). When I arrived, I took a sip of the soup. ``Oh, I see...'' The menu says ``old-fashioned ramen,'' and you can clearly see the nostalgic taste of soy sauce. To put it simply, the taste is ``ramen at a beach house.'' Of course, the taste and satisfaction cannot be compared to a beach hut. The char siu was also crumbly and delicious, making me wish I had made it into char siu men. There is no smell of grilled potatoes and they are delicious, but they are a bit small and I feel like they look a bit sad when served. A review said, ``While various declarations regarding the coronavirus pandemic were in effect, there was a sign saying ``outside prefecture license plates'' were posted, so I went there thinking that maybe the owner was a bigot, but that wasn't the case. Not at all, (probably) a friendly response from the couple. The two of us got along well and shared the cooking. When I went to Nagasaka so far, I ate yellow soba (ramen noodles in soba soup) at Nagasaka Station's station side (Marumasa soba), but next time I will visit this restaurant. It seems to be. No, it was delicious.
I love Ajia's char siu, and when I go to Nagasaka for work, I always go to eat there. Chinese char siu noodles with a light chicken base. It seems that char siu uses shoulder loin. Restaurants that use shoulder roast tend to be dry, but this one is moist and soft. I recommend it~. Also, the grilled offal is fragrant and delicious.
The picture is of Chinese ramen (600 yen), and we also had stamina ramen (800 yen) and gyoza (350 yen). All of them had the taste of an old-fashioned ramen shop, and were light but rich and very delicious. The skin of the gyoza was thick. I definitely want to eat there again when I come to Yamanashi Prefecture. *Students can make a large serving at no additional charge by calling it “Gakumori.” (The photo shows a large serving)
