The flavor of the pork bones is so strong that it makes you feel like you're eating pork bone ramen😍The fat is just right and it's not too greasy, the soup is hot, and the seafood flavor is perfectly balanced. I felt it was one of the mainstays. It was so delicious that I had to order extra twice 😆😆😆 However, I was still able to go because of my stomach, but when I went to eat the second time, there was only a little bit of soup left, so I gave up 😭😭😭 Too bad. This is a ramen shop that I highly recommend to everyone. By the way, the owner of the noodle shop Shirushi also trained here. That's why the noodle chef is the original taste.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, I haven't had many opportunities to go there, so this was my first visit in a while. The shop has the image of being a hideaway, and is quite a walk from the main street, but since it is a popular shop, it is often quite crowded. This time, I ate for the first time in a while, and I had a special portion of seafood and pork bone deluxe. It's definitely delicious! The bowl was warmed up well and I was able to enjoy the piping hot ramen to the very end. As expected, the most popular dish was the miso pork bone, and the ranking was written on a pop-up posted on the wall, so next time I would like to eat this for the first time in a while. We also recommend plain salt! I heard from a friend that the offal hotpot (reservations required) is delicious, so I've been wanting to try it for over 10 years now! !

This is a shop loved by locals. I think the taste is to my liking and the level is high. I think it would be good if the arrangement was done carefully. The price is also reasonable I came here for the first time in a while and it was as popular as ever.
