Inside the store, there are no TVs, no comic books, and the same spirit and guts from a long time ago, shouting "Hey, welcome!" I was able to eat in a calm atmosphere with jazz music playing.

I used it on my way back from a trip to Shinshu. This area is dotted with restaurants and other places to eat, so it's hard to find anything other than in front of the station.
