THis place was fantastic! We ordered the DonDon , Grilled fish, Bean Vinegar Ponzu, and Ground Pork and Rice Bowl. All of them were excellent and exceeded our expectations. The price was super reasonable.

A stopover while traveling. Hamanaka Ramen is only served until 7pm, so we arrived at around 6:30pm, but it was crowded and we didn't get seated until around 6:55pm. I tried the Hamanaka soy sauce, and it was a bit mild for a Jiro type, and the noodles were thick but smooth. A large serving of noodles and bean sprouts is free, so I ordered a large serving of noodles only. Was there less Yasai in normal mode? It's nice that it's topped with a boiled egg. Also, I noticed some people leaving bean sprouts behind, but it seemed like they were leaving them in large portions. During this time, there were more orders for ramen than for izakaya. There are no places to eat around Kamisuwa Station, so this is a valuable option. If you like Jiro style, please stop by.
