Affordable and delicious! The marbled char siu noodles, available only at the Matsumoto Namiyanagi store, were delicious. All this meat on top for 950 yen (excluding tax)! I happened to go on the 26th and the Jiro line was 260 yen off!

Although it is a garlic-based soup, it does not have a garlic smell because it has been aged. The moderate sweetness and saltiness and vegetable stock make it delicious for everyone. It's also not boring at all.

I ordered the marbled char siu noodles and pork rice set, which is only available at the Namiyanagi store. There are quite a lot of char siu. The texture is quite creamy. Pork rice is surprisingly refreshing, but half may be enough in quantity. It took a little while to be served, but it's a taste that makes you want to come again.
