May 2023 (Sat) Night Large size ramen 1000 yen + Kichijojimori (300 yen) All-you-can-eat rice 150 yen The inside of the store has a very strong smell of pork bones, so be careful as you are selective about who you eat. The appeal of this place is the all-you-can-eat rice for 150 yen. This time, we have a large bowl of ramen and Kichijoji toppings, the perfect arrangement to accompany the rice.

I felt a gap between the store's strong pork bone smell and the taste of the ramen. Of course I mean it in a good way. It's easy to eat as it looks like it's mixed with chicken stock. I hope that it will coexist with the group store next door for a long time.

[Things you want to eat/recommended] ・Ramen 730 yen ・Cabbacher 120 yen ・Rice 100 yen The store is located along Yamabiko Road in Minamiasama, Matsumoto City. The inside of the store is small, but there are table seats and tatami seats. Kichijoji Musashiya is a direct branch of Yokohama Iekei Ramen, whose main store is in Kichijoji, Tokyo, and the Matsumoto store is a FC store of the Ryokan Group. You can enjoy authentic Iekei Ramen in the Chushin district of Yokohama, where the culture of Iekei Ramen has not yet taken root. Kichijoji Musashiya is a branch of the Rokkaku family in the Yokohama family lineage, and although it is a FC, it can be called a genuine Yokohama family ramen shop. Kichijoji is a battleground for my family, and it's also an area where I often eat ramen, so I've visited the main store several times. First of all, the space has a very strong animal odor and oiliness, so if you don't like it, please dress carefully. I think it's the direct default pork bone soy sauce ramen. For medium size + 100 yen and large size + 200 yen, you can choose the firmness of the noodles, the amount of oil, and the intensity of the flavor. The noodles are smooth and chewy, medium thick, and seem to be made by Ohashi Seimen Tama rather than the standard Sakai Seimen. I think it's because of the type of noodles that it's relatively soft even if you order it hard. The soup is made with strong pork and chicken bones, but the punch of the pork bones isn't as strong as the strong smell inside and outside the store. It has a sharp salty taste, but it's on the sweet side, and it's relatively light, so if you're used to it, I think it's fine even with a strong taste. It's a matter of personal preference, but my impression is that it's one of the top tonkotsu and soy sauce ramen in Nagano Prefecture, and I'm wondering if it's a direct descendant. The toppings are char siu, 3 large pieces of seaweed, and spinach, which is usually a lot. The bowl is an inverted cone, so it's a bit worrisome that the soup is smaller than it looks. It seems that standard table seasonings are also available. The rice is self-serve for 100 yen, but the free refill is a nice service. Although rice is a staple in Iekei ramen, I personally feel that it goes well with this soup. Cabechur is a combination of shredded cabbage and salty cubes of chashu, and is recommended as it's inexpensive and filling. The pricing is the same as the main store in Tokyo, and considering the refill service and lunch service, I think it's a good value for money. Although it is a shop that emits a strong smell that is unique in this area, if you like tonkotsu soy sauce ramen, it is a valuable direct shop that you should definitely visit. <Revisit> We have been visiting regularly since the store opened in search of the strong pork bone flavor that is unique in the area. This is an authentic store selling tonkotsu soy sauce, which is a popular item in Chushin, but it is in a location that is difficult to get to from the city center without a car, so I get the impression that you can eat there without having to wait. The price is quite low for ramen in recent years, and considering the all-you-can-eat rice menu, it's a pretty good value for money. The pork and chicken have a firm texture and are satisfying to eat, but the sweetness also gives the impression that they are easy to eat. I really like the noodles, which have a good balance of chewy and chewy. I think it's the best restaurant you can beat, except for the fact that the clothes have a noticeable smell and the rice is self-serve in this day and age.
