One of the best Miso Ramen noodles restaurant in the area. Complex flavours of fried bean sprout oil, garlic, ginger and Miso. This is what Miso Ramen noodles’ flavor. The bowl of rice is also good. Good ramen

By the time I crossed a mountain from Ueda to Matsumoto, it was past 8pm. I was looking for a store and ended up here. Parking lot is a little small. Now that it's getting colder, I really want to eat miso ramen. Ordered the Zangi set. The taste of the miso ramen is absolutely delicious, with just the right amount of ginger. Nishiyama Seimen's yellow homemade noodles are thinner than the authentic noodles, but they are delicious. Because they are thin, they can be delivered quickly. The roasted pork also has a flavor that makes you think it should be made into chashu noodles. The bowl is deep and has been designed to keep it from getting cold. It's a good store with good points all around.
